With SwingOffice, you can create predefined classes with video recaps and save them to use in the mobile app and the students can see the class after they attend it.
In the left Menu, go to Courses, Lessons Tab and Click in "Add Lesson". Upload the video, click to activate it, fill up the form with name, code, discipline and level, and Save Changes.
The video will be processed, optimized for mobile and will add a watermark with the logo of your school. You will receive a confirmation alert when the video is uploaded.
After a while (about a couple of minutes), you will see the video in the lessons list with your school logo.
Once you can see it here, the video is ready to be selected for the teachers in the attendance section in mobile app. You will see how in the next section...
